The 1899 Sanborn map of the 600 block of the south side of Broadway shows that a livery stable was located on the space that is now occupied by the Fidelity Building.

The T. B. Loudon Livery Co., was located at 615-621 Broadway, according to the 901 Hannibal city directory.

The double building to the west of the livery stable, at 623 and 625 Broadway, is still standing. It previously housed the Hannibal Area Chamber of Commerce.
