The Spectator is indebted to Geo. M. Rottweiler of San Pedro, Calif., who has forwarded the list of names of those who attended the Marion County Picnic which was given in Los Angeles last Sunday, Oct. 17. Mr. Rothweiler writes that a bountiful dinner was served by the ladies and speeches were made by Judge T.J. Crane of this county who has been visiting in California for the last six weeks, and by M. Rothweiler of Palmyra who is at present in the western state. Dr. F.M. Harrison, formerly of Palmyra, was also on he speaking program.
