Who is this beautiful former Hannibal woman?

Can you help me identify her? As you can see from this clipping, she was sister in law to Mrs. J. Forrest (Helen Irene Mitchell) formerly of Hannibal.

McAllen – Highlight of the week in McAllen social circles was the tea given this week by Mrs. J. Forrest Palmer to introduce Mrs. P.J. Schneider to her large circle of friends.

The honoree, sister in law of the hostess, has recently moved here from Hannibal, Missouri, where she was president of the Child Study club.
