1950s: Budweiser Sales Service School

In the 1950s, Roy D. Toalson of Hannibal attended a Budweiser Sales School in St. Louis. This photo, contributed by his son, Carey Toalson, shows Roy Toalson second from the left, next to the man with a dark coat. Roy Toalson is wearing glasses.

The Toalson family operated Abe's Bar and Grill in Hannibal from 1959 until the 1970s. The establishment was located on the southwest corner of Fourth and Broadway.
