I found this brochure contained within Steve Chou's vast photo archives, and I thought you might enjoy it as much as I have. Washington Crisps were a corn product made by Cereal Mills Ltd., Quincy, Ill. The advertisment was contained within the Eighth annual regatta brochure, published 100 years ago, July 1915.
Touted as the "most delicious cereal food ever eaten," the product was near the riverfront in Quincy.

This restored footage from 1911 NYC has a billboard with it in the end of the restored video https://www.facebook.com/share/v/2yFArtNYj2nMwcuf/?mibextid=WC7FNe
